Terms governing access to and use of the platform.
This page describes the general terms, notices or practices associated with a digital trading and investing platform. The final published version should accurately describe your legal entity, products, service providers, data practices and customer obligations.
The platform may provide market information, charting, research, watchlists, educational material, account services and other technology-enabled functionality. Actual services vary by product and jurisdiction.
Market data may be supplied by third-party exchanges or licensed vendors and may be real-time, delayed, indicative or otherwise subject to the applicable data agreement. Do not represent illustrative or delayed figures as live data.
Users are responsible for protecting account credentials, providing accurate information, following applicable laws and using the platform responsibly. Additional verification may be required before specific services are enabled.
Trading and investing can result in losses, including loss of capital. Market conditions can change rapidly and historical performance does not guarantee future results. No statement on this website should be interpreted as a promise of return.
Your final policy should identify relevant providers, integrations, analytics services, payment processors, market-data vendors and charting services where required.
Policies may change as products, laws and operational practices evolve. Publish an effective date and provide a valid contact channel for questions or requests.
